                    Kendriya Vidyalayas follow the pattern and courses of study prepared by National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi for classes I to VIII. The curriculum is solely based on the texts prepared by NCERT. From class IX to X, the courses and syllabus prescribed by Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi is adopted. The Students are prepared for AISS(X) Examination of the CBSE, New Delhi as per their courses and syllabus based on the text books prepared by NCERT. Class XI to XII

Classes IX and X (As per CBSE syllabus)

1. Two languages out of
        (a) English Course A
        (b) Hindi Course A
        (c) Sanskrit
2. Mathematics
3. Science & Technology with practical (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)
4. Social Science (History/ Civics/ Economics/ Geography)
5. SUPW
6. Art Education
7. Physical and Health Education

Classes XI and XII (Any subject combinations)
1.Science with Mathematics
                    English Core, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Computer Science

2.Science without Mathematics
                     English Core, Hindi Core, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Computer Science
                            
Eligibility for various streams
(i) Science with Math's
             A minimum of 55% marks in Mathematics
             A minimum of 55% marks in Science and
             A minimum of 60% marks in Mathematics & Science together and
             A minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of all subjects

(ii) Science without Mathematics
             A minimum of 60% marks in Science alone and
             A minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of all subjects
Photostat copies of the following (if any) should be submitted along with the application.

(a) SGFI Sports and Games.
(b) KVS Regional/ National level/ State level/ District level/ Games and Sports.
(c) Scouts and Guides –Rajya puraskar award, Rashtrapati award
